General

Only purchases made directly via djmbeauty.com are eligible for return or exchange. For purchases from third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon, Target), please contact those platforms directly.

Non-returnable/ Non-exchangeable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  1. Items without original packaging, accessories, or free gifts (e.g., manuals, cables, retail boxes).
  2. Products with visible physical damage (e.g., dropped, water-damaged).
  3. Products showing natural wear and tear (e.g., scratches, stains).
  4. Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Gift."

Return policy

Standard returns

Within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.

Defective products

Within the 1-year warranty period (must include proof of defect).

How to return

STEP 1: Email info@djmbeauty.com with:

  • Order number and product name.
  • Reason for return (include video or photo proof for defects).

STEP 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions and cost details.

STEP 3: Securely repackage the item using original packaging and send it to the provided return address. Share the tracking number with customer service.

STEP 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued within 7–15 business days.

Return shipping costs

Note: Items from different orders must be returned separately.

Non-defective returns

$15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund (e.g., for U.S. customers).

Defective returns

Free return shipping covered by DJM.

Exchange policy

Exchanges are only available for defective items within the 1-year warranty period. Required documentation:

  • Description of issue
  • Video proof (e.g., device not powering on)

Exchange process

Follow the return steps, and clearly mention “Exchange Request.” Replacement items are shipped within 1–3 business days of receiving the returned item.

Out-of-warranty support

Contact us for paid repair or replacement services for damage beyond the warranty period.

Refund details

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 7–15 business days (varies by bank).
  • We are not responsible for exchange rate differences between purchase and refund dates.
  • Partial deductions may apply for visible wear, missing components, or opened gifts.

Order cancellation

To cancel an order:

  • Email us at info@djmbeauty.com within 24 hours, provided the order has not yet shipped.
  • Include your order number and reason for cancellation.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You must follow the return process.
